The terms and conditions printed on the back of any vouchers issued prior to the update of the terms and conditions online still apply.
To lodge a request for a refund of any purchase of cinema passes/tickets the purchaser must lodge a request for the refund with The Crossing Theatre (Narrabri Shire Council) prior to the date and time on the pass/ticket for the movie event. The request for a refund may initially be lodged by telephone or in person but must then be lodged in writing per the Refund Request Form (Annexure A) providing proof of purchase, details of the purchasers� bank account for payment of the refund, and other requested details.
Refunds will be processed no later than Thursday following the lodgement and approval of the refund request by the purchaser(s). Any refusal by Narrabri Shire Council or The Crossing Theatre to honour a written refund request will be explained to the purchaser in writing. (Annexure B).
Inability to attend or non-attendance of a movie screening at the date/time purchased will not normally be considered sufficient reason for not lodging the refund request prior to the movie event screening.
Passes/Tickets may be cancelled and transferred to another screening date and time at the discretion of staff. This may include another movie entirely from the one the purchaser originally wished to attend.
To lodge a request for a refund of any purchase of passes/tickets to live events the purchaser must lodge a request for the refund with The Crossing Theatre (Narrabri Shire Council) prior to the date and time on the pass/ticket for the live event. The request for a refund may initially be lodged by telephone or in person but must then be lodged in writing per the Refund Request Form (Annexure A) providing proof of purchase, details of the purchasers� bank account for payment of the refund, and other requested details.
Refunds to live events will incur penalty fees per the following schedule as a percentage of the ticketed price:
